This question - more pertinent than ever with the current economic, food and energy crises – guides our blog on global green economics towards the summit of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development in 2012. The blog was launched at the 2nd Degrowth conference in Barcelona (26-29 March 2010) and also ran at the Third International Conference on Eco-Efficiency in June 2010 and at the ISEE conference 'Advancing sustainability in a time of crisis' in Oldenburg and Bremen, Germany.

The Broker will give experts on development and environmental topics the opportunity to discuss the concept of a green economy. What values are included, who is benefiting and who's not? Experiences and initiatives from all over the world can be shared and can help to provide clarity on the concept of a green economy.
