Fons van der Velden (the Netherlands) works as a facilitator of learning processes and organizational change. In 1998 he founded Context, international cooperation. He started his career as a development activist and has worked for, among others, the Centre for Development Education (COS) in Nijmegen and Den Bosch, the Third World Centre (University of Nijmegen), the Interchurch Organization for Development Cooperation (ICCO, Utrecht) and the Association for Personnel Development Overseas (PSO, the Hague).
